At IdealDay, we want pricing and refunds to be as simple and honest as the product itself. This page explains exactly what to expect.

Free Tier

You can try IdealDay for free — up to two full planning weeks or fifteen daily plans, whichever you reach first. There's no time limit on the free tier. You decide when (or whether) to upgrade.

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

Lifetime Memberships

Lifetime memberships are non-refundable. Because they are a one-time purchase at a steep discount relative to the subscription price, we cannot reverse the sale once it is complete.

Before buying a lifetime membership, we suggest:

If the service is ever discontinued, we have committed in our terms to giving at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your data.

Your Data

You can export your data — marathons, weeks, days, and habit history — at any time from your account settings. That remains true whether your subscription is active, canceled, or expired. We do not hold your data hostage.

Questions or Special Situations

Life happens, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about one. If something went wrong with your subscription — a double charge, a feature that did not work as described, or anything else worth a second look — please reach out via our contact form.

We aim to respond within two business days.
